@ 200000 Bells A new bridge will be built in town Making it easier to get around

@500000 Bells A fountain will be built in town. This is friggin sweet because the fountain will help you get the golden axe

@1,000,000 Bells Your town will get either a windmill or a lighthouse You must pick one because your town cannot have both choose carefully. A suggestion I will make is have a friend pick the one that you didn't pick that way you can see whats up with all of that.
