Hey there forum, grand day today. Hope we are all well.

So, do they? Does your partner play with you? My partner bought a switch 2 years ago just to play with me, it was like a gift to us both and now she's further than me in the forums and in the game!

If not your partner, does your best friend play?

Would be great to hear the feedback, and what do you like doing most with your partner/friend?

My husband plays the game on his switch.
Hes not as into it as me at all but he's pretty proud of his island.

Not sure if he would play as much if he wasn't so comfortable making me use my materials and DIYs to make him stuff

i have no partner or friends lol
but i do have a brother and sister who both have a switch, my sister plays more though
my mum used to play but then she gave me her switch lite so i could have another NH island to decorate but i bet she will take it back for herself when i've finished

my partner does play! she actually got into animal crossing because of me. i used to show her screenshots of my NL towns when we first started talking, and i brought my 3DS along when we met up for the first time and let her play the game for a bit. a few months later, she bought her own secondhand 3DS and a copy of NL! naturally, we both have switch lites and NH as well.

we don't play online together too much, especially as time goes on, but it's fun when we bring up the game to each other or a new trailer drops and we get excited about the bits we're looking forward to. (she freaked at the return of the sanrio items/villagers. she loved them in NL, and she's probably going to move at least one of them into NH.) usually we only play together during special events. last time was valentine's day -- she made a little area in her town and invited me over so she could take some cute pictures. or when one of us has celeste (who she's obsessed with), shooting stars or a painting we need at redd's.

My boyfriend doesn't, but he rarely plays video games to begin with. As for my best friend, we've been playing together since NL, although we haven't gotten to meet up and play together IRL yet.

I don't have a partner but my closest friends all used to play the older games, mainly Wild World and New Leaf so we spent a lot of hours playing those ones but they don't really play New Horizons, most of them don't have a Switch unfortunately to play it.

My brother has NH on his Switch though which his girlfriend plays a lot so we have a group chat going on solely focused on everything about Animal Crossing, keeping each other update with everything on our islands and visiting each other whenever we get the chance.

my partner plays occasionally but not too much! same with my best friend. i think they both enjoyed the game when it first came out but they've kind of run out of things to do and aren't really into terraforming, so they only pop in every now and again. i'm hoping i can get my best friend playing a bit more if i bribe her with sanrio furniture though!

Don't have a partner but I do have a best friend who I had met on this game since June 2020 and they've been by my side for a long time and they play a lot of Animal Crossing daily. A lot of us keep in touch on discord of whatever is going on and we have each others back.

Don't have a partner, but I had many friends who played, they don't play as intensely anymore though. Use to visit each other a lot, they would mostly visit me though as my island was the more decorated of them, exchanging turnip prices, and visit for Redd and other visiting NPCs.

No my partner doesn't play. He's only into mario stuff. All my friend had stop playing acnh too... I wish they would play with me though.

My partner and best friend all play together on each others islands and with new updates or changes to each island, we have a lot of fun swimming, fishing, digging up fossils and shells. We share everything and it's super!

My partner is a gamer but doesn't play ACNH. However, my two closest friends do! I've not actually played with either of them, although one sent me his Switch ID like two months ago and I've still not added him. Oops.

My other half and I have always played Animal Crossing together, sometimes sharing towns/islands and sometimes owning them separately. He doesn't play anywhere near as much as me, but he insists I go on as his character every once in a while to maintain his friendships with his favourite villagers

Me and my husband play both animal crossing and wow together XD
I never could get into stardew though. No idea what I'm doing!

Same! My boyfriend is not into those aesthetic games, so we rarely play those together... Which is good, because I am a perfectionist and I might yell at him because of his aesthetics xD

Yes, my girlfriend plays with me! We’ve been long-distance for a while due to the pandemic so it’s the perfect way to do little virtual dates. I’m definitely more into it than she is (she’s more of a casual player, I’m a diehard fan lol) but she will often humor me and visit my island so I can show her what I’ve built recently.

She also comes to my island on occasion to help with digging up flowers and organizing items if I’m looking for a hand. She’s literally so awesome, I love her so much
