The only person in my immediate family who has never played Animal Crossing is my dad. My mom, brother, sister. And I have all been playing since the GC version was released.
i got my older sister a N3DS XL for christmas with alpha sapphire and animal crossing
she's always really enjoyed animal crossing and she's how i got into it
I'm the only one who plays. I used to play Let's Go to the City in the living room and my brother would come and out watch and complain that the fishing is unrealistic, instead of staying in his room and doing something he enjoys. Seriously, though... it's a game about an unsupervised child who moves to a town full of animals who talk, walk on their hind legs and wear clothes... and you expect the fishing to be realistic?
I'm the only one in my family who plays it. But my mother thinks it's cute and asks how my town is going regularly, although she seems to have no interest in actually playing.
I tried to get my little sister to play but I don't think she's played in a while. It's great to see so many play with their families. My boyfriend plays, he's the one who got me into AC in the first place and now I'm more into it. XD We do visit each other's towns very often so it's handy.
