Does running kill tree sprouts?

I am unsure, I've accidently plowed over a couple before and they have died, and some have lived. So I think it doesnt kill them. I think the other ones that did die was mere coincidence

I'm not quite sure either, I've ran over numerous baby trees and the next day some are dead and some are alive, but who knows if it was due to the running or just the fact some baby trees end up dying.

And theres other causes that can happen.


A)Trees cant grow there
B) to close to other stuff (E.G. other trees, rocks, buildings walls.)

The trees in my town must be weak, because I ran over a fruit tree only twice, and it died the next day
