Does pulling weeds in a dream count towards the badge?

If so, I was thinking I might grind for the weed pulling badge by repeatedly leaving and going to a place like Aika Village or another town that is full of weeds.

If you physically go to another town via train, then yes. But dream town weeds do not count.

Nope, but other towns count. Dream towns and tours do not count for badges. The weed one is hard for me cuz I got the beautiful town ordnance.
