Does anyone update their Dream Address every day just to get the bells?

I only do it to get the money. And, I was wondering if anyone else did the same. I would love to know if I'm in the majority or the minority~!

A little, though 5000 Bells isn't exactly a lot. Every character in your town can update the dream town each day and get paid for what that's worth.

It's a lot of money to me! LOL. And, I only have 1 character, so I've never updated multiple times in one day.

I do it for it to stay forever.
I look for specific whether and day and season to update my dream so I don’t like updating everyday. I put it to the point where I think it’s perfect or close to it and then it stays like that forever. Would take too much effort for me to update it everyday

I probably will update soon enough but right now I'm in the process of renovating my town to be permanently winter themed just because I love the holidays so much

I still update my dream address daily and I have multiple characters so I update it with both. I'm trying to get the money saving badge so every little bit helps. I'm not going to turn down what is basically a free $5000.

I also haven't completed my town yet and I feel like I make progress and it looks a little nicer each day. Once my town is fully complete, I'll probably pick a time/date and set the dream address permanently. But I've still got a ways to go before that happens.

i never change mine because my town looks best on a rainy summer day and i wanna show it like that to everyone else! that might change in the future tho (haven't got a dream address for my town since i reset yet cuz i wanna get it lookin good but I'M WORKIN ON IT)

I don't because my town is a mess right now and it seems like my lazy butt isn't going to clean it up anytime soon. However, I update my town whether there are rare occurences such as northern lights, orange sunset, purple sunrise, etc. At least it would provide a different atmosphere.

Moriyo gets limited updates, so far most have been on rainy days cause its somethin special. I plan on saving the DA to be forever autumn hopefully with a rare sunset but I'm not sure if those happen in autumm. So I'll settle for a nice looking sky or weather.

For me, my dream has to be special, it can't be just another afternoon. I've been to far too many dream towns that were lackluster, and even updating them on a special weather day would improve it a little. My dream has to be a dream, an escape into a glorious fantasy, not another version of the same old reality.

Now I just upload it whenever I like the weather.

Indeed I am. Actually my one town, Treehut I think, has some clothes that I need to transfer, but I can't have the towns Streetpass each other. It might be safe now thou.
