Yes you can, but I think only if you’ve purchased Happy Home Paradise DLC.

I think we are, read it somewhere. Even if you don't buy the DLC you will still get access to the new furniture. Not sure if that's correct though

Yes, you unlock it in the new paid DLC coming out November 5th.
