I have...10 bronze, 6 silver, and 8 gold. I actually don't even really try with the badges. I just play THAT much >.<

I have the "Dreamer" badge, which is bronze and it's for 50 dreams, I believe. I visit dream towns occasionally, especially random ones because you don't know what to expect.
Other than that, I have 3 silver and 11 bronze badges.

Right? The only badges I've really worked at were the catalog maniac and the shopping badge. Everything else was from playing...a lot. (In fact, getting the Villager of Honor badge was kind of embarrassing.) I'm actually working on my KK badges now, and I keep meaning to work on the dream and medal badges.

I have a pretty relaxed attitude towards badges. I think they're cool and I love getting them, but not to the point that I need to get them. Though the prospect of getting a badge for something I already enjoy doing will motivate me to do that thing more. I'm fine with never getting a particular badge, as long as it's for something I don't care about/dislike doing.

My collection so far:
Bronze: bug catching, fishing, diving, balloon popping, island medals, amount of bells saved, KK Slider, streetpasses, amount of visits to my town, dreamer.
Silver: Turnips, catalogue filled over 50%, time played.
Gold: bug collection, fish collection, gardening, master shopper, refurbishing, HHA 150k points, town concierge, letter writing.

I had at least bronze for all badges before my data corrupt (only 7 still bronze including the dreamer badge and I think 8 gold and 9 silver, can check my alts streetpasses later). My new town only has;
