Does anyone have Katrina in town?

Hi everyone, I want to unlock the Fortune Teller Shop! Katrina rarely comes to my town (like once every 2 weeks, it seems).

So I believe I read if I get my fortune told in other towns 20 times, I can unlock the shop.

Anyone willing to let me in to get my fortune read? (u v u ; )
