Does anyone else run to their wardrobe in their home when trying to access their storage?

I swear, every time I run into my home to get into my storage I go right for my wardrobe. I just can't seem to break out of the habit!

I do the same thing lool.
Run straight to storage and then change my outfit and hair color to match.

Still trying to access de tool ring, turning down the lights.

It took me some getting used to. I moved any of my closets to other rooms besides the living room to try to break the habit lol.

I think that because I never stored much in past games, and it's been so long since I actually played New Leaf or any of the other games, I never really had a habit of doing this. Funny enough, though...I do sometimes think "I should go drop these fish/bugs in my basement for the night"...completely forgetting that not only could I store them in my house storage, but I can also sell them in the bin. Ha.

I keep the fishing cooler at the end of the pier and change out there, but not too often. I usually change start of the day or when I need to clear that Nook goal.

Yep, I did this all the time for the first few weeks! I'm slowly getting used to the new storage but every once in a while I'll still go to the wardrobe by accident.

Yes, not as much anymore but I still did it today! I also keep leaving my craft bench around and forgetting to keep it with me. Old habits die hard

Surprisingly, I've been okay! The reason is because in New Leaf I always used the "extra storage" they gave us in the update so I got used to accessing my storage that way.

I didn't, until I decided to put a DIY work bench in the right hand side by the door. Which comes in handy for sure. But I have my mummy wardrobe in the right hand side by the door in New Leaf which is how I accessed my storage. So now it doesn't matter if I am trying to do a DIY or trying to get into my storage, I always go to that darn DIY work bench. Hahaha.
