Does anyone else get agitated when these things happen?

Oh God the sunfish o.o Nonononononononoooooooooooo
I remember the path-fruit thing used to bug the hell out of me, but lately I've been waaaaay too lazy to go harvesting ^^; I have a problem with scaring beetles away, usually because I watch TV while I'm hunting.

I hate accidentally kicking up paths, fishing to only get Sea Bass time after time. The people who say they always can tell what kind of fish they see...I can't believe that can be 100% true. Some are obvious, yes, but than a few unique shapes and sizes I can't tell and I get so frustrated that I develop the next annoyance - the fastest thumb in the Midwest. Argh! And when I accidentally press A too soon for a shark... >_<

I'm great with beetle hunting and hardly ever miss.

I'm also annoyed at all the times I fail to keep track of how many items and I have and get that interminably long speech about whether to drop or swap. And don't get me started on the Item Matching Island Tour with the constant "keep or bury it" every time I miss a spot by a tad with the shovel.

Urgh... I love this thread! It's a great vent.

It downright pisses me off when I want to pick up a non-display item in my house -such as a tool or a sapling- and your character has a much stronger tendency to pick up all nearby furniture items before the non-furniture! It's literally like the hit-box for the furniture items eclipses that of the non-furniture, and there's really no need for that. Just have the same priority for all items!!

Scenario:

Wanna pick up the turnip right in front of me
Pick up the sofa behind it
Pick up the bookcase left of it
Take the clock off the wall above it
[Tear the room apart]
Pick up the turnip

I'm glad this board helps to vent those in-game frustrations. As we all know there are quite a few things that can irk us:)

OMG, yes! I can't believe I forgot about that. So incredibly annoying! Yes, you stand right by something only to pull the item in the corner so you have to pick up all nearby things to put it back. What the heck is that nonsense?

I just had another very annoying thing. I'm out diving and several times now the moment I catch up with the huge moving shadow and touch it...bubbles.

How the heck do they keep disappearing just as you touch them? Not fair! And not only that, but in the same session how many do you all have that can be several feet away from the rope and yet you can't go that once micro-inch to catch them. ARGH!

Now I have a couple of good catches but also a bunch of lousy slugs and clams. *sigh* Not even a scallop for comfort, either. :(

I feel you so hard on the path one right now

When I first laid out my paths I started lining them with pink and white tulips, but after a while I decided that instead, I want nothing but black roses in my town, so I've been going around my paths picking up the tulips. I swear, after literally every other one, I miss and wipe away the path instead. =_=

It's even more of a hassle because I have my path pattern stored in my second file, so then I need to save and quit and switch to my other file and...UGH. All-around bummer.

I hate when I take down a balloon gift and it disappears because of my path/flowers, or when I want to get a fruit and it disappears because of my path/flowers.

Another peeve of mine is when I'm shopping and want to look at an item, and instead of looked at the item I accidentally start a convo with a shop keeper.

I also feel you with the path thing, it sucks ugh.

Grarrrrgh I need serious venting:mad: Ok so I was planning on putting fairy-tale bridges one after the other in a row down the river and no I can't, why?? because apparently the residents homes are too close agh I even deleted my very hard work on my side resident soooooooooooooo angry!

My friend Abby seems to have terrible luck with bug catching. Beetles only seem to show for her when I'm walking around with her, otherwise she never sees them. Poor dear.
I always seem to have trouble with the latter, then I gotta get on my files that hold patterns and put em down again. Ugh. Seriously wish paths could be a [limitless] PWP or I just had more space to hold patterns.
