does anyone else feel uncomfortable with timmy and tommy following you around?

Enter with a warm greet then they follow you around as if you're about to steal from them. I goto the closet, turn around, and there they are. I go see what the unique items of the day are and they're right behind me.

I don't really mind them following me around in the store. Plus that's how I remember if my gates are open or not, because they don't follow you if your gates open.
Although, I did feel weird when they kicked me out of their store last night when I forgot I put my switch into sleep mode while in their store before they closed.

Apparently if you sit in the store chair (non-upgraded Nook’s), they wouldn’t be able to kick you out after closing. I only heard about this after I upgraded so I didn’t get to try it.

i have no idea... iwas pretty bummed in the early game about building the nook cranny new store hours. I kept all my bugs outside and didn't want them to rob me of my 20% by using the box.

At least those days are behind us... Unless of course there is in fact another upgrade.

I don't even think about it at this point. Since I've been playing since Gamecube and the shop owners follow you in every game. Just feels normal to me.
