Does anybody want Flo in their village?/General villager help needed

So there's a rumour going around my town that Flo is thinking of leaving, but no matter how many times I talk to her, she refuses to bring it up. Even if I annoy her, wait for her to calm down then talk to her, nothing. Is there a way to speed this stuff up?

At the same time, I figured if Flo wants to leave then anyone else who wants her can take her to their town. Lemme know what I can do to get her to leave and then lemme know if you wanna take her on.
