I like winter, love the fall irl but I hate the fall in this game. Everything just looks so dead, I'm happy that when winter comes it covers up all the brown deadness
I love winter! But I tend to dread Autumn in AC because it often messes up how my town design looks. :s So I can totally understand not feeling a certain season!
I've been lovin' winter so far. I didn't care for fall too much.. I think it would have been a lot nicer if you could have trees of multiple colours at once, as in red, brown & orange trees all together, instead of just having them all one colour and just changing all at once.
Winter is okay in ACNL. I personally like spring and summer because the trees and plants are a healthy-looking green. Fall, on the other hand, is the worst. I hate the colors of the plants.
I hate winter in real life but I love it in games. It's really peaceful. The only thing I don't like with winter in New Leaf is that you can't do a lot of bug catching.
I love the way it looks when it's actually snowing the most, but I don't hate having the snow on the ground either. It can look a bit dull sometimes though. My tip is to use loads of hybrids.
I like winter because the lights on the pine trees and the aurora borealis that's in the night sky sometimes are both so pretty!!
however, I wish the snow didn't cover up the holly... what's the point of them blooming in the winter if you can't even see the flowers? :/
irl though I hate winter but I live in Canada so winters can get pretty harsh sometimes lol sigh...
then again I still prefer -40 to +40 degree weather haha
I don't mind it...I just wish you could you see the holly on the holly bushes. That's the only thing that really bothers me. But I like making snow people I think I'll like spring best since the grass is super green and the trees are pink for a few days.
Man I love winter! Reminds me a lot of my freezing snowy days in Minnesota. I have a lot of good memories from that season, so seeing it in-game takes me back to a nice place.
Also, the sound it makes when you walk on it is so satisfying. All that crunching. Mmm.
