I found this QR code on deviantArt. It's another Doctor Who one, and it's of the Sixth Doctor (Colin Baker; played The Doctor from 1984 to 1986). This is different design than the one in my previous thread (it's by a different user). This design was made by deviantArt user "HectorConCarne".
