After watching DW Confidential I now respect those actresses who have to play the Weeping Angels, the make up takes about an hour to put on and they have to stay impossibly still.
Also they showed some more about the new DW downloadable game, how they made the Doctor, they did a photoshoot for that and they showed Matt and Karen doing the voice recordings for the game, CAN'T WAIT 'TILL I CAN DOWNLOAD IT!!!!!
It's not a downloadable game, it's one of four 'interactive' episodes which will most likely be up for free on the website after all of this series' episodes have aired.
It's up for DOWNLOAD on june 5th and it is kind of a game, as games are interactive, but they are set as episodes.

Sucks for American viewers. Last night over here we got the star whale episode, so I decided to watch it again, and all those commercials took away from a lot of it. : (

I'm going to stick with downloading them.
I know, the commercials really kill it. And the fact that it's in standard definition with letterbox widescreen, since we don't get BBC America in HD. >_>

Anyway, I LOVED The Time of Angels. And that joke that River song made about the Doctor leaving the TARDIS's breaks on

Sorry for the double post. >_<

Last tuesday I managed to get my hands on one of the new Doctor Who books The Forgotten Army, so far I'm up to page 68 (not very far for me because I'd already started an Eighth Doctor book To The Slaughter, so I had to stop and finish that one.) and so far it is really good, my favourite parts are in the spoiler, because of, well, "Spoilers!"
<div class='spoiler_toggle'>Spoiler: click to toggle</div><div class="spoiler" style="display:none;">So far my favourite parts have been:
- When the Doctor and Amy ride on the Polar Wooly Mammoth,
- When the Doctor got hit by SIX tranquilizer darts and woke up six HOURS later, his reaction to that when woke up was funny,
- That in the 208th century a food cart called Big Paulie's Sausages will be famous for it's burgers.
- Amy holding up the Pshychic Paper to a taxi driver and he thought that she was the Empress of Scotland!</div>

Sorry for triple post.(This topic is basically dead now but I have stuff to say!)

I finished the Forgotten Army last night after the new DW episode, but that episode seemed quite short but it was still amazing, in HD! Anyway I have to say that the book was amazing, considering that the author was writing it at the beggining of the filming so he didn't really know what the characters were going to be like!
The episode was brilliant all the way through but the end was quite, uh, well I'll explain in the spoiler:
<div class='spoiler_toggle'>Spoiler: click to toggle</div><div class="spoiler" style="display:none;">Basically, Amy tried to, well, 'make love', (Sorry I couldn't think of a term that would be appropriate for younger forum members), with the Doctor, he wasn't having any of it, he was not happy at all about her feelings, I think he still likes Rose. </div>
