Don't watch it then, and let people who are enjoying the new Doctor Who talk about it, rather than listen to you moan.
Look dont get me wrong.

I LOVE Doctor who, the reason i'm 'moaning' is the fact they've pretty much destroyed my love of it by giving us a new doctor who has been given the worst writers ever. Tbh i think they shoulda left it awhile and written new things before this series.
Yeah, I agree with that. It's also true that he looks like a geography teacher, but that suits him =P
I dont think it does, it makes him look worse. IMHO.

Usually with the doctors the writers have spent MANY sleepless nights writing the new doctor and making it original, this one has just been original so far for one reason.

Hes kinda mediorce in comparison
I guess, but I never really watched Doctor Who before this so I never understood why people love David Tennant.

I like the new intro song, may be used as my new ringtone to piss my teachers off at school.

EDIT: Does anyone know where I can get this for my phone, it's on Vodafone.

i watched it and it wasnt half bad, quite funny aswell but if he ever says Allons-y im not watching him anymore

His acting was better than I thought but I still miss David Tennant.
A lot of his lines were David Tennantish though, I guess because he's just regenerated and because the writers haven't found the type of lines that suit him yet.
They said in DW Confidential that they did that on purpose, that when he put on that bow tie and stepped through the pic of David that he had stopped regenerating and had become his own doctor.

But that was an AMAZING episode, watching it again on BBC 3, CAN'T WAIT FOR NEXT SATURDAYS EPISODE!!!!!!!

That was gross! "What I need is...Fishfingers and...Custard!"
I've got to try that one day....When I want to get a day off school for being ill.

One other thing, in the trailer at the end, did the Daleks have the Union Jack pasted beneath their eyestalks?

Well <div class='spoiler_toggle'>Spoiler: click to toggle</div><div class="spoiler" style="display:none;"> Thosse daleks are paralell universe daleks just like the cybermen paralells they were made by humans but made to fight in world war 2 </div>

Andrew and I just watched it... AMAZING. Honestly, I didn't think Matt Smith could pull it off, but he completely blew my expectations! Of course, he'll never be a David Tennant, but he definitely makes a great Doctor.

Also, I really liked how they showed the first ten Doctors towards the end of the episode, and then the Eleventh Doctor walked out of the hologram.

CAN'T WAIT 'TILL THE NEXT EPISODE IS SHOWN!!!
Now I'm going through the third Doctor series, just for fun.(Glad they ditched the multi-episode format, it takes ages to get through one story! I'm still on Spearhead from space!)

I feel like watching series 4 again ;P

I watched series 1, 2 and 3 about a year ago but never watched series 4 again.

I think I know what my dream job is now, to work on Doctor Who!
Not as an actress(I can't do acting, ask my drama teacher!) but as a writer, not head writer of course. But it would be nice, getting to write the script or be part of writing the books and getting the Doctor to do what you like, he could, say, go to a new planet, that I had made up! Or I could be a designer, design the new TARDIS interior or a new alien!

I first started watching the show with the 2005 Series 1 (Season 27). Eventually, I watched the very first episode with the First Doctor in all its black-and-white glory, and to be completely honest, I couldn't stand it. I don't think I'd ever be able to make it through the first 26 seasons, lol. I also watched the 1996 Doctor Who movie, but I found that to be a disappointment, too. I'm glad the series has gone in a new direction, otherwise I doubt I'd ever have gotten into it.

I liked the movie, but the person playing the Master was all wrong!
Now I'm on the second "episode" of the third Doctor's first series.

Sorry for the double post but I have to say this:

At the end of today's episode they showed a trailer for a downloadable doctor who game, Doctor Who the Adventure games, avaliable in the UK in June. :gyroiddance: Before you say, it doesn't mention a US release, but I am on BBC.co.uk so it probably won't say.
Anyway here's a link for some info:

I was busy watching DW Confidential you know!
Anyway, lets not argue, mistakes can be made, especially by me, so I'm sorry I didn't pay attention.

Now I'm watching the 5th Doctor Season(s) Peter Davison was really good, not as good as Matt Smith but ranking 2nd in my favourite Doctor chart.
