Do your villagers always buy stuff from Nooks?

I swear almost every time I play after 12pm, something has been bought at Nooks! Yesterday it was 1 item, today it’s 2! It’s lowkey driving me crazy because there’s still re-orderables on my wishlist. I see the “sold” sign and i’m like ugh!!

Do your villagers do this too? If so do you notice the same time pattern as me?

Villagers can buy from Nooks? Never had any do that, even if I go there right before they close, you sure it's not people who visited, or if you share console someone else?

I haven't seen this happen for me, though a few villagers are often at Nook's Cranny. Do you often have visitors? Other people playing with you in your household? Perhaps you just forgot, even.

I've never had villagers buy anything from Nook's Cranny. I've seen them in it, but they never buy anything!

Never seen them buy anything or items being mysteriously sold.

i've only seen villagers like bruce, flora, or diana (who i adore!!) around in nook's cranny occasionally. they've never bought anything, though. but i like seeing express shock when i buy something expensive lmao

I am the only one who uses my switch and it’s always when I first play (no one has visited my island yet)

This is really weird this isn’t happening to anyone else!!! The only thing I am thinking is maybe due to TTing I have previously bought something on this day before and it’s now affecting what generates for me? No idea but super weird.

This happened to me when I TT to a nearby date, when I came back what I had bought was sold, perhaps it's what is happening to you?

Never, ever happened to me, on either of my two islands (two Switches).

I time travel a lot. So far this is usually just a few days or hours forward and then later on correcting by going backwards.

My game play is totally solitary and nobody else ever visits either of my islands (except my character from one island might visit the other via local networking). When I go back to a day I have already played, the game remembers what I bought or didn't buy.

Do you timetravel? if so then that's why, the game remember that you bought those items, I think it clears every week.

thats so strange, I dont think any of my villagers have ever bought anything from nooks, unlimited stock items or limited.

I've never had them buy anything from Nooks.. They are in the store a lot but never once have they purchased anything....

i’ve never had them buy anything from nook’s - i’ve had them show interest in a few items but they’ve never bought anything aha

When I TT I make sure I cross the Sunday line to reset NPC rotations and shops.
