Do you work out?

I dont normally work out! Most people I know that work out are still weaker than me! HAHAAAAAA
 
I dont work out in the winter.. it's too hard! and i dont own any equiptment and i dont go to the gym.. which seriously sucks XD but i work out in the spring.. 5 mile runs in the morning.. if i can wake up XD

HAHA! I never work out in the Winter either!
 
when its nice out i play soccer on the weekends, occasional tennis, too. and during the week i go for runs.

when it's not nice out like right now, i go work out at the rec center... last semester i was just running basically to keep in shape, but this semester ive started to really workout on the machines and stuff, hopefully putting some muscle on.
 
3-4 times a week, a heavy dance workout for about 1-1.5 hours. it's solid cardio with a good amount of ab, chest, and hip work, and you get to listen to great, upbeat tunes. club mixes are preferable.

I've been sick though...so I've kinda' missed a few work-out days.

By the way, push-ups and sit-ups don't really count as a "work out".

I work out every day unless I have an injury or anything else that prevents me from traning, I do 50 press-up's, 50 sit-ups, 50 reps with dunbells, 10 minutes skipping sometimes and 30 minuits run sometimes.
