do you turn off your ds when it says saving complete?

or do you wait until it gets to the menu screen? i don't know when i should turn it off. i'm super paranoid about getting my data corrupted so i always wait until i get to the villager walking around town on the menu screen. i usually wait until they stop moving lol.

save data has a 0.1% chance of being corrupted by that, so no worries. i do that, and my save data has only ever corrupted when i pressed the power button when it was saving.

About 99% of the time, I don't turn my DS off. I just close it. The 1% I turn it off is to get the SD card out.

Saving till the press "A" button comes out in the main screen for the AC game, following by exiting the game to the Main DS screen, than off.

I always wait until the menu screen unless I am super tired and accidentally power of in a middle of a save...I only did that once and will forever regret it. I am extremely careful now, and don't take that risk.

It takes like two seconds for it to return to the main screen.
