Do you think Windwaker is the last Zelda game? I think so because the Triforce is put together and disapeared, The Master Sword is stabbed into Ganondorf's head, turned into stone,and left at the bottom of the ocean forever.

What other time line? OoT is the first game in the story line, Majora's mask comes after that,Windwaker is before last because of Phantom Hourglass, and you can't have a Hero of Time without the Triforce.

There are two time lines. One has TP on in and the other has WW and PH on it.

I forget exactly when it spilts. I'll go check.

@Tye and dirty: There is a timeline, nintendo has confirmed it and Aounuma, Miyamoto, and Iwata have been giving out clues over the years.
1. OOT is at the beginning.
2. There is a split timeline
3. Z1 & 2 occur after MM

(i'll give you a hint: TP takes place on the "child" timeline, meaning the forest temple, never happened)

It means the new deku tree wasn't planted so the kokiri went extinct

It's not Link splitting and half and doing two games at once.

It's more like having two alternate endings to a movie. In one ending Hyrule is flooded, causing WW and PH.

In the other ending you have TP.

How is that possible? The windwaker introduction said that Ganondorf was sent to the evil realm(later revealed as the twilight realm in TP).Years later, Ganondorf came back and destroyed hyrule all together and the king Hyrule had no choice but to tell everyone to go on top of the tallest mountains and flood Hyrule into an ocean forever.
