Do you think we'll get more custom design slots?

I won't be mad if we don't, but I officially ran outta slots today with a lot of codes left to look at and I'm the type that doesn't like making an extra character at all...

So do you think nintendo might give us more custom design slots in the future? There's so many good designs and I wanna put so many on my island. Dx

When it comes to custom logos in games...I'm always bothered by the fact that developers don't just allow you to have as many as your storage will allow. Now...granted, I'm not a developer. So, perhaps that's more challenging than I'm assuming. But...shouldn't it be possible? If your Switch/sd storage has free space...what am I missing?

I have four extra characters, but it doesn't matter. You don't get extra slots like in ACNL

I REALLY hope we get more. Actually, I'd love a section just for custom paths, and maybe a way to customize paths so they have unique sounds like the in-game paths... but that may just be wishful thinking

I actually didn't know that you didn't get the extra slots like in acnl, thank you! But yeeeah I really hope we get a few more or nintedno thinks of something to fix the issue. Not that it's a huge issue.

Yah, all the design slots are shared between characters in this game, which is a bummer

I don’t think we will. I feel like they’re more likely to add new things rather than give more slots out.

i wish we could get more custom design slots as well and ngl i’m lowkey hoping for it too! but realistically speaking i’m not sure if nintendo would make that happen, i feel like they are going to focus more on adding new items and events to the game, at least for now.

I'm pretty certain that we won't. The game already lags when there's a lot of custom designs and items placed on the island. Maybe if they added a new type that was for indoor use only I can see it being possible.

I don't use custom designs too much, but I'm sure once I get the Ables Sisters, I'll probably download a lot of cute clothes and other custom designs. I'm thinking of maybe using a few stone paths, but that's about it. So I don't mind either way.

I'd say probably not, as it's a massive step up from what we have had before, but then also they're all shared between everyone on the island so idk? Maybe they'll scrap that before they add more slots, I think anyway. I don't see why they have to be identical through every account.

I think if they're going to add new buildings and features to the game they should at least throw us a few more slots. I really don't see that happening but people are really badgering them for it. Maybe they'll listen, who knows!
