Obviously he should get a 0% as well. Yet, I don`t understand why you moan so much, since you could have easily avoided it by not cheating.

Not to be rude or anything, but is it really necessary to make a thread about your personal issues? If you wanted someone's opinion on whether or not something was fair, it makes more sense to message a friend instead of post on an Animal Crossing forum. Many people have said this before, but even if you didn't know the work was plagiarized all you had to do was come up with some questions which probably wouldn't have taken that long. Also, your teacher may have meant you copied another students work and referred to it as plagiarism. Either way, if the student you copied plagiarized, they deserve a 0, but when you ask students for help, you shouldn't copy their answers, whether or not they did plagiarize.
