Do you think the villager pics will be replaced with posters?

I hope they have both. Personally I liked the pictures better for designing rooms than a poster idea. What do you guys think?

I believe we only get the posters of the villagers we have scanned in with amiibo. If this function has taken over villager pics, that would be stinky.

I really like hanging things that have frames. So the posters always look weird to me. I would love it also if we could place villager pics on walls .

I think both will be present, we'll definitely be able to place a lot of frames on the wall with New Horizons.

Since this game has built in picture taking features, even more than the previous games did, I think it would be great if you could take pictures you take in-game and then use them as a custom design on certain things. For example, to make pictures/posters you can hang on the wall or display in a frame on top of a table or something.

My guess is scanning amiibo will provide you with their poster, but to get the picture you will have to earn it.

For design purposes, I think it would be weird to look the option to place the small frames.
For game play purposes, I really liked the accomplishment of getting the photo, and getting it free with the cards would not feel like an accomplishment. Especially since I will be moving in my favorite villagers with the cards and would not be able to earn their picture!
