Do you think animal crossing new leaf should let you have less than 8villagers?

I would be happy if the game let you have less than 8villagers. Some people don't have 10villager as their dreamys. But the town would get boring if not that many villager are in your town. Do you think that the game should let you have less than 8 villagers?

You can have less than 8 villagers at the start but then the game keeps adding more villagers. When you are at 9villagers and 1 moves out a new one comes. It never lets you drop under 8 villagers.

They should make it that when you first create your town you get to decide how many villagers you want.

what if it drops down to 4? or 3? or even 2? i don't think i'd like that tbh. in fact, i wish i could have more villagers. like a bear cub mini villager among other animals i love.

15 villagers sounds awesome. There should be 3 map size
small town map: at least have 5villagers.
Medium map: at least 6-10 villagers.
Big town map: 11-15 villagers.
Let me know if that sounds good.

that sounds like a cool idea. the only problem i have is, what if people change their minds later on? i don't see how it could be made temporary...

It could be a PWP if you want to make the town bigger then you can draw a map but you would need to add on to the map that you started with. Same if you want to make it smaller you would need to pick what part of the map you would like to get rid of. Any part of the map you get rid of the villager house would no longer be on the map.

There could be 1 last upgrade to your town map but you could only get it if you have your house fully upgraded. After the last upgrade Tom Nook would reward you with a super size map as one of your PWP's. It could hold 16-20 villagers.

Nah I wouldn't want less than five villagers as it starts to get boring if you have too litte villagers it's best to have one villager from each personality just to get a variety of conversation

YES. If I could have it my way I'd have like 4 villagers. That leaves more room for trees.

The option for less villagers would make more room for trees and PWPs, and less villagers to track down for requests, so yes, less villagers would be great.

It would be nice to have the option to have less than 8 villagers if you want to. It would allow more space for PWPs and allow people to have a town with only their absolute favorites and not have to keep picking villagers to get to 9 or 10 (since when you are at 8 villagers a random move-in can happen at any time which can be bad and at 9 you still have to worry about void move-ins ). In the next game, I'd like to see random move-ins and void move-ins get eliminated and maybe have all villager move-ins be done via the campsite or adopting from someone else. They could also have villagers ping you and say something like "I have a friend named [villager name] who wants to move to a new town. Should [villager] move to [town name]?" and give you the option to say yes or no.

I wish we could have at least 12 villagers. Eight isn't enough!
