I have a friend who has no acne and has never HAD any acne in his life. Of course his parents look like supermodels, and he probably will too someday, but some people have it worse than others merely because of their roots.

I know. My two older sisters have never had serious acne issues. I must have gotten it from my dad, noticeably, he has plenty of old acne scars. Heredity is a pain.

I occasionally get it, but I cover it up/use those pads that you wipe on your face. Clean my face regularly. Never used the, eh, ol, creams and whatnot. Just those pads and make up.

I got over the embarrassment very quickly. That said, I'm a very confident and outspoken individual, why, I don't know. But I crack jokes about my acne constantly. That's the trick- poke fun at yourself, and you're golden.

It seems that Proactiv has been improving my skin a little in the past few days, hopefully it works. One thing that pissed me off is that the salesman at the mall said that I'd have to keep using it over and over again even if my acne cleared.

how do you think they sell their product. No one is going to make a truly good acne cream who wants to make a profit. Just think, you clear the acne of everyone, then your broke.
