I'm not a bro, but I'm at the gym twice a week for 60-90 minutes of strength training. I'll also usually do a 2-3 mile run and a couple sets of kettlebell swings on my non-gym days.
I used to go to the gym every day at 5am for around an hour of strength exercises. I was doing great, until I became unwell which stopped me being able to go. I really miss it actually, it was basically my only hobby at the time with how much I worked
