CrankyCupcake
overthinks everything
So why is it that things like making money and TTing villagers out or resetting for campers is looked on upon as something "hardcore" to do? Just because you may not enjoy it, doesn't mean someone else won't love it. O:
Certainly, yeah, everyone plays the game differently and enjoys it. I used the word "hardcore" but it doesn't mean anything bad or undesirable. To me, "hardcore" is the opposite of "casual". Or should I have said "advanced" players instead? (But that sounds even weirder to me. There are no preset levels of achievement in AC.) It's just that, TTing for dream villagers or resetting hundreds of times for a dream map requires a lot of extra effort. That's anything but casual. I do agree wholeheartedly that we all play the game differently to enjoy it. There is no right or wrong way about it.
