I have two porygon (gts does that, when you put a pokemon on offer and then get one using your own pokemon), but how do you get porygon-z? (I have the up-grade . . .)

You need the dubious disk to get Porgyon-Z then trade progyon 2 with the dubious disk, and there you go. Yeah, the Up-Grade is for Porygon 2.
