My town name is Solace, and I love it. I don't think I can ever part from it unless it's a second town. It mirrors how I feel when I'm playing ACNL.

Well the names I choose aren't bad. I do miss when I had a town called Lilac.

I love it. I have always named my town after a region in Pok?mon, Johto. My very first down was called New Bark, also a reference to Pok?mon. My towns and character name are always a reference to Pok?mon. It may not be very creative, but I like the concept. It may be a bit more creative than me naming my character, Croconaw.

Also, it beats Hyrule any day. There are so many Legend of Zelda towns. There are other cities in those games to name your town after, but mostly everybody chooses to live in Hyrule.

I suppose it's fine though I don't necessarily love it, I just named my town (Salem) after a city near me to be honest. I feel like that'd be the best name for a town of mine if I'm gonna have the town for a long time, because I'm so indecisive that I'll start to regret any name I'll give my town.

I'm pretty happy with the names of my 4 towns. The only one I'm iffy on is my all-bird town, I could have used something that actually had to do with birds as inspiration.

Now, the amount of rocks and where they're placed? Especially in my circus/magic show town? That's a different story.

I named my town "Avian" (I usually use that word in some variation as a username) which sounded cool at first, but I've grown to dislike it and wish I could change it ;-;

Yes! I love both of my town names, which are Daybreak and Tealeaf. I think I spent longer on my town names than I spent on my character names tbh.

Ehhh my main town's name is ok... I would prefer to change it but i've made too much progress to restart. The name is Oakwood. I would love to change it to Moss or Olde oak, i think those names sound 10 times better.

My town name is Zephyr - after The Zephyr Song which is basically "our" (my partner and me) song. No regrets & I don't think I'll get sick of it ^^ It's a pretty word in itself as well, which helps.

I don't love my town name, but I don't hate it. I don't even know what I was thinking or where the name came from to be honest. Eternia just seems, eh to me. I named my second town Serenity, which I loved until I saw someone else had that name too. It was only then I realized just how common of a name it probably is, so I'll probably rename it since I'm not attached to that town yet. lol​

My main town is called Salem, which I love, but there are a lot of others out there, which can be tough sometimes. My secondary, which I haven't played in ages, is Hollowyn, which I also love. That's a little more unique, I think, and I may recycle the name for my Switch game, when I start that.

The name I used from ACGC until NL was Avalon.

i got my acnl when i was obsessed with cats and stuff, i named it catville..
so, i dont really anymore.
luckily i might buy myself a new game for christmas this year, i cant reset because i worked so so hard on catville tbh
