I'm guessing many of you do since there's tons of long time players here with more than one town or have restarted their town but, for me I'm still new to AC and...
I DONT DISLIKE MY TOWN NAME BUT I'M?? I DUNNO.

It's humorous to me more than anything but, seeing how many people here have more than one town and some have all same species in them (Like all deer or dogs or whatever) My current town name would of been PERFECT (purrfect..!) for a town with all cat villagers... lol. My town's name is Nyaville btw. I was in a hurry to name my town cause I wanted to play already ok. I mean it's suiting for me cause anyone who knows me well knows I adore cats so it's not bad really but still as I stated...would of been good for an all cat town.

I have been using the same town name, PARADISE, since the Gamecube days over 13 years ago so I absolutely love my town name! lol Using the same town name makes me feel nostalgic and remember all the good times I had in all of my towns! :)

Of course I do :)

Aww yours is cute!

my first ever town name was cool. yikes. i just wanted to start playing so i didnt think about it. it was one of the reasons why i didn't keep that town, haha.

i have thought through the names of my other towns well and like them a lot. my all frog town is called dripple and at the time when i created it there were no other dream towns uploaded with that name. i'm happy that it's a bit unique while also fitting the theme of the town and sounding nice.

Hawthorn is probably my favorite name I've had for a town so far. Now if only I could figure out what I want to call my town in the upcoming Switch game...

I love all of my town names, I feel like they really capture the atmosphere of them. :)

My main village is called Mariposa (butterfly in spanish) and I love it. Wouldn't change it in any other console game.

I have another town that I never play called Kalm which I love too, inspired by a town in Final Fantasy 7

just got a second town, named it totoya.
i really liked it until my friend pointed out that it's awfully similar to the japanese car brand.... now i can't seem to think of it any other way

All my other towns names are fine except for one and it's my main town, Vista.

I use to restart that town a lot because I was never happy with something on it or just wanted a new map for better results and I would always called the towns 'Vista' despite the name has nothing to do with the town's theme.
Now I have a Japanese style town with a weird name.

I'm not sure. G Hollow is my town's name, stands for Gold Hollow. I was planning to name my town that for the longest time but upon recieving the game, I realized it exceeded the character limit. Thus came G Hollow. Now I'm not really sure if I'm happy with the name. And I don't want to reset years of work for just a name change. I'm sure if my town name actually said Gold Hollow, I would've been fine with it. But for some reason, I just don't like G Hollow.

my ton name is Coral and im still a little unsure on it
my towns going to be a seasidey theme and wanted a name to fit and that was the only one i could think of.

i do like my town name!! it's named after the Caldwell Catalog which is an astronomical list with mainly nebulae, galaxies and star clusters. my name is neb and my side villager is star.

I love my town name in NL, but I remember wishing I could change the name for my first town back on the GC. I couldn't think of anything particularly special back then, not like how I approached NL. With NL, I had a list with a few favorite name possibilities more than a month before I got to play.

Yes, I've always been drawn to the symbolism behind cherry blossoms and the Japanese name for them, Sakura, is perfect for my partially zen inspired town. I just didn't realize how popular the name was when I first made my town. But popular or not, I'm happy with it.
