Honestly, I would say that I dislike people on the whole more than I like people. I know a lot of that has to do with having a rough time when I was younger and being given very little reason to trust people, but what's happened has happened, and I came out the other end of not having a high opinion of people, even if at the same time I've developed some people-pleasing tendencies to either get people off my back, or try to appeal to those that I'd like to interact with.
Obviously, not every person is bad! I wouldn't say people are inherently bad even if many of them have hurt me. But, I feel like people on the whole are... kind of dumb and self-serving, sometimes to the point where they're too dumb to understand when they're shooting themselves in the foot. Admittedly, I've had many a time where I felt lonely, only to see some kind of nonsense play out with other people and feel my loneliness dissipate as I realize that I really don't even want to be involved with people like that.
People also tend to be very cliquey, which has made things difficult for me throughout my life as I've never exactly fit in. At least I'm more of an introvert anyway, so I'm okay with not being terribly social so long as I have some people in my corner.

A lot of the people I see around town are chemically dependent, and probably no longer capable of processing the fact that inconveniencing people with what they do.

I too believe people are inherently evil (although that's not because of bad upbringing, I'm not traumatized in any way). So usually I prefer to watch people interact with other people before I befriend them, although of course there's exceptions, as I have made some good friends in a short period of time.
I hate society and it’s hard drawing a line between that and people sometimes.
I don’t like how wilfully ignorant a lot of people in my life have been. Not even to political topics. Simply subjects of conversation, deeper interest in their hobbies. Etc. It’s boring to be around. I feel myself dumbing myself down. I feel my honest self unloved and unappreciated. I’ve been told I’m exhausting before. Screw it.
Do I think humans are evil? Not necessarily but I don’t like them.
I will say we have the means to communicate a lot more clearly than animals and yet I think we’re a lot less innocent, we bury our heads in the sand to many things and lie and animals can do things like that but for anything harmful an animal does most of them are more “innocent”. So, I find it easier to sympathise with other animals than humans.
It’s hard to like people now when nobody around me can even do their jobs properly.

i agree i find humans immoral and do not believe myself to be one of them, i am naturally paranoid of any human as they are almost always awful.

I don't think all humans are inherently evil. I work with toddlers and you can see how loving and curious they are. They sometimes do things that we as adults might percieve as "mean" (biting, taking a toy, pushing) but that's not their intention. Little kids are still learning impulse control and learning how to communicate. They see something they want and they don't have the ability to process how to get it in a kind way yet so they just... grab it.
It's also why you'll see kids spill a little bit of something and then just dump the whole thing out. Or jump in a massive puddle despite being in runners and regular clothes, lol.
I find I have a lot more patience and compassion for kids than I do adults, though. It can be really hard to look at the current state of things and not feel like people are evil. There are definitely bad people out there and maybe some people are just born evil (nature vs nurture) but as a whole I choose to believe that people are born good, or at least neutral.
