I find I never use the event furniture, so I sell it all. One time I used the Harvest Festival set in one of my rooms but I got sick of it pretty soon.
my museum rooms are a mess rn bc they're full of harvest and jingle furniture, i might sell the sets though. i love ice series/mushroom furniture and use them in my mayor's house so i'll always keep those sets.
Eh, if I like it i put it in my house, I like the sloppy furniture due to it making me feel like it's home, but If I dislike it, it goes off to the Re-Tail forums to get me some quick TBT bells or IGB bells
I don't keep any of them, I realise I'm not going to put any in my house so I might as well sell them. I usually use the museum for other storage, like clothes since I can't bear to let go of them since i'll have to buy them again. But with the sets I know i'll never use them and if I do want to use them, I can just the majority get them again for free. I'm not really a big fan of any of the event sets, I mean the egg sets okay and it makes sense and the colours aren't too out there so I like it for that reason. I also like the toy day set, it's cute and Christmas is my favourite holiday in general so I always love collecting it around Christmas time.
Nah, I feel like there's no use in them. I don't like how most of them look. At first, I was trying to make the furniture work in my house, but it didn't work out. And I hate having furniture stored, but I feel bad selling them. However, now I just don't care. I'll sell them.
I keep most of my event furniture, even if my storage is full. If my storage is full, it'll either get plopped outside in a pile, stored in an OC's storage, put in the museum, or placed in the mail storage. You'll never know when you'll need something for a house design; and I have a weird fear of selling something and then realizing I'll want it back, so I hold onto a lot of stuff.
Depends on what it is! Idk what you considered events but i love the snowman set & the ice set, I haven't even had the full snowman set or the snowtyke stuff but in my new town i plan to next winter.
I also only keep the event stuff to make a full set for my catalog and then I sell it later.
I have a holiday house in one town so everything went there. I kept a set in one of my side players mail after finding out you can't get a full set the following year. Once a player touches a piece of Bunny Day, Snow items and Creepy it turns into Pave Day.
The last Bunny Day I played for fun and received 3 benches, 2 closets and 2 TV. Stopped and sold it when it was Furniture Day at Retail.
The Harvest and Jingle Set can be bought again so I sold that after all my players cataloged it. The Toys from New Years Day and a few other items are in my houses. The rest got sold because you get them the next year.
