Do you interact with your villagers?

I interact with my dreamies or villagers I'm keeping for now. For the ones I want out as soon as possible ( ASAP ) I just introduce myself the day they moved in then ignore them until they move out. The only villager I have a high friendship with is julian, who sends me letters every day or two. I have never obtained a villagers picture without April fools :(

I talk to everyone I see until they start to get irritated at me but not until they go into deep thought mode every day! I don't badger them on market street but anyone in the town proper or at home gets chatted up. I fulfill most of their requests, always give perfect fruit, and pick the nicest options when they ask for opinions, and I get lots of pictures in return and have never had a surprise move out even while tting.
I definitely agree that the villagers are a huge part of the point of the game, I wish they were more diverse like they were in gc or ww, but they still have enough quirks to be worthwhile. I love their little pixelated selves :)

i interact with all of my villagers except ones i want to leave. but i have high friendship with a few of them (beau, bam, diana, and kiki) who send me letters with presents super often. i love them so much, they really do make the game!

I find myself not really having time to mail anything to them, but I will talk to them every couple days C: (when I have time?)

Well just I talk to every villager until they start thinking (except Tia). But one specifically, Julian, I send him letters with blue rococo furniture. I saw him put the blue rococo bed in retail and I was so sad ;-; I bought it anyways and sent it back to him.

I really wanna get the badge so I usually buy about 20 papers and write song lyrics, fan fictions, whatever I feel like to my villagers x3
I do always try to talk to all of my villagers every time I play! And I do respond to the plings of the villagers, though I don't always do what they want me to do! I really spent some time decorating my villagers houses and I don't want to trash it again with bugs and random pieces of furniture -.-

I tried interacting with them but sending letters is a nono. It takes too long to type. I love watching them interact with each other though. I find that hilarious especially if they get into a fight lol

Of course! I do tend to avoid the villagers that I'm ok with getting rid of--but only after I get their picture. Sending letters, on the other hand… I don't have time for that. :p

I love my villagers! They make the game, you know? :) I think it would be boring to just fish, catch bugs, and fix up my town without talking to my cute little friends. I don't care about getting pings for PWPs, but I enjoy doing errands for them.

True since there are faster ways to earn igb!

I LOVE talking to them, and making bonds with them! Dizzy called me his older sister the other day!

Aw that's cute... I made my alligator say meowwwww :3

I do. Back then when I was very young though, I treated them as if they were real life friends xD (Yeah, I was a loser.)

ACtually I think I'm going to try thinking like that so I can interact with them more. They say silly things sometimes which I find precious.

I interact with my villagers quite a bit. They're a big part of why I play the game, and I love doodling them and coming up with ideas and stories about their relationships, friendships, secret lives, etc.

I usually don't send letters unless I am particularly attached to a villager bc they're a pain in the butt to send, haha. But other than that, I do talk to them a lot and run errands for them! I also give them furniture and clothes if I'm less than fond of how they decorate their own house. (Sometimes a mayor just has to intervene.)

At the same time, I understand that some people are way more into the cataloging and less personal/cutesy aspects of the game. However you wanna play is cool. The flexibility is what makes AC so neat, imo! u wu

I have an OCD with collecting things in games like this so since Dec 31 2014 when I made the town I've been collecting bells and cataloging most of the time :/ its starting to drag though

I used to interact with them a lot when I was really into the game. Send letters (stopped because I got lazy), catch them a certain fish or bug, give them fruit, give presents to villagers, etc. I still talk to them now when they ping but I refuse anything that has to do with catching a fish or bug, if it's fruit why not sometimes I say no if I'm in a hurry and I just want to check what's going on in town and see if there's a villager wanting to move out.

I had this one day, after I had befriended my cranky villager. That I was feeling a little down and didn't really talk to any of my villagers that day. The next day, my cranky villager sent me a little saying 'Hey, are you upset? You seemed upset the other day. Please don't be upset, just come and talk to me instead! I wanna help cheer you up' and it just struck me as how awesome this game is :D And that was the cranky villager too! I saved that letter <3

Something similar happened to me! But it was a random ping and words of advice on life and I really needed that to get over some things :3

This is me pretty much... I used to send letters, talk to one villager for 10min+ to see if anything interesting would happen. But nothing interesting enough happened. lol

omg I would bug them and talk to them constantly. I guess eventually it gets somewhat boring as the months go by since it gets repetitive, but I do miss playing acnl all day and actually do something.

I don't send mails as much as I should... I do try to talk to all of my villagers when I'm playing, and I do respond to all the pings! I'm still looking for some pwp's so i'll have to :D I don't always do their errands though.. I don't want their houses to be filled with bugs and fish and random ugly furniture -.-

For me, the villagers are the whole point of the game, really. Interacting with them is what I spend most of my time doing. I get bored really easily with grinding on the island, so I only do that kind of thing when the mood strikes... and I only grab bugs and fish when I stumble upon one or see an interesting shadow. I'm not at the point in my game where I'm trying to fill out my museum just yet, so my time is divided between talking to villagers, running their errands, and decorating my house (soon I'll start working on landscaping though).
