I made Romeo and Juliet to hold more path designs. I gave them their names because I was currently working on Romeo and Juliet in Engligh class and couldn't think of any other names. Now I wish I could change it because now people will think there's a super awesome backstory behind them when there's not. I COULD make it that way, but it would ruin my cosmic-themed town and direct people's attention to the love story rather than my real intentions for Starfall.
I have all four possible human residents. My mayor of course I frequently play on as she's the main support of my town. I use the other characters on occasions and I love having the extra houses to decorate and added their existence to my town. At first I used them to horde extra items but after fully upgrading my mayor's house I've moved onto theirs. They've all unlocked the qr machine along with gaining all four mannequins as I'll use the mannequins in their houses. They also have a small story and I love having more than one character to change the appearance of etc.
I have a side character originally for holding paths, but I guess that was too boring a waste of space, so I made it an OC of sorts. It's an alien maintaining a library. It's library is right beside the town hall and the police station so it looks like an official building!
I only have my mayor. And that's all I have space for! I was thinking of adding another character, but when I walked around my town I noticed I don't even have room for another house.
Oh well.
The Mayor represents me, she has a job, child but spends most of her time in the pink pajamas. My second character represents my husband, full-time dad who spends most of his time in his blue pajamas.
I just love the comments I get off of the villagers for walking around in PJs.
I just created a second player! Mainly because I want a path that needs 11 design spots. I am planning on updating her home and making her fit in perfectly. Also going to try to get the badges, but I'll let my mayor donate verything, that's just easier imo.
No Honestly, I don't need more than one character. I only need 9 patterns for my path, and one more for my outfit. So there's no need for more playable characters in my town
I currently have 1 side character, who I use to buy turnips, store paths and I want to expand her house later on, in order to have more furniture sets.
I also want a 3rd character later down the line, but I will probably keep my 4th slot open for a long time in order to plot reset.
i've only got my mayor so far (supposed to represent me) but eventually i'll make another or maybe two characters
they'll probably be for paths but once i have the bells, i'll try make their houses represent their character + personality etc.
i just have no idea where to put their houses right now :>
In my main town, I only have one extra character which was meant to be my partner's charry. He's never played it though, so I've sort of adopted his character and done up his house as an extra 'show house'.
That town will soon acquire another character, because I'm about ready for ANOTHER show house. xD
In my secondary town, it has three OCs (one of which is the mayor) which each have their own little roles and progressive life stories.
I have 2 other characters I mainly use as pattern mules but I decided to give them other roles as well.
Ara - A special type of library + bar + cafe
Miyako - an inn aka place where I can make use of all the neat food items
