Do you have a villager that you used to hate but now love?

Lolly, I don't like cats but the fact she never left my town in like 5 years and her constant breach of personal space, meeming and such has made her my favorite villager

I wouldn't say I 'love' him, that would be... weird, to say the least. But he's definitely a villager I've come to not dislike, and that is Tucker.

I honestly don't like the elephant villagers, but Tucker sorta grew on me mostly due to his design.

He is really a ugly dog aesthetically but the Jock personality made me like him.

On my first town I got Quillson and didn't like him that much. After months of waiting for him to move he kind of grew on me. I was kind of sad when he left but I didn't keeo playing that town much afterwards. Turns out getting nice looking villagers doesn't compensate a bad map and terrible placements of permanent buildings that I made because I was just starting lol. I'm not gonna look for him in my future NH town but if I get him I will probably keep him anyways.

I didn't like Henry at first when I had my town, but I like frogs in real life, and eventually grew to like the lil dude.

No, I do not hate or love any of the Animal Crossing: New Leaf villagers. They are all enjoyable characters!

Willow! In my second town i had (Koizumi is my 6th town, lol), she moved and i really didn't liked her. My best friend villager was Graham, because she was cute, kind, smug and he gave me a purple rose on Valentine's day. I was breeding flowers dor 2 months in hope to get a purple rose, without sucess, and Graham helped me. Willow and Graham started getting a friendship between them two, and i tried to get a friendship with Willow too. She was my 2nd best friend. Unfortunately, she moved and some weeks ago i had to reset my town. I lost my two best friend villagers.

Pietro. He used to freak me out but in one of my towns he came to stay for about 6 months before he decided he wanted to move out. His personality is really sweet and he always would send me letters in the mail with fruit I didn't have in that town so that was pretty cool of him. I wouldn't say I 'love' him and I don't seek him out in my towns but if he stops by I'm not mad about it.

When I first got Moose in my town, he irritated me for some reason. His personality seemed too... out there... for me. This is pretty hypocritical of me considering I have Roald.

And Kid Cat.

Moose grew on me later on. He's fun.

My boyfriend used to severely dislike Chief when he started playing wild world because chief bullied him and rude. However, he now loves chief as he actually managed a friendship with him despite the bullying and chief is now his Fave.
Personally i don't really have any villagers i hate, they are all loveable in my eyes.

Rocco. I remember him moving in and I immediately HATED him. I then grew to like him but I wouldn?t say he?s my favourite villager

I annoyed Alli to the point of leaving... And just as I made the descision to tell him to leave...
As soon as I pressed the "Goodbye, you can leave" button... I wanted him to stay.

when Kidd first moved into my town I really didn’t like him but over time he definitely grew on me! He’s far from being one of my favourite villagers or anything but I do like him a lot more, and I miss him in town sometimes~

I did NOT like Rocket at all when she originally moved in my first town. As time went by, she became one of my character's BFFs. Always giving me medicine when there was an unsuccessful bee encounter, lol.

I let her go one day. It was sad, but not in a super painful way. It made my day when she'd drop in my yown on Main Street for a visit.

Muffy. I wouldn't say I love her but she really grew on me and now I can't see myself having to give her up.

I used to only want the cutest and most popular villagers in my town, but I got tired of having the same villagers and started branching out of my comfort zone. I was going through a list of villagers and came across Nate. He wasn't really cute to me originally and I don't like any of the bears, but I was looking for yellow and orange villagers that would fit the color scheme of my town.
I really grew to love him over time and he'll always be a permanent resident. Plus lazy villagers are my favorite personality-wise, which is probably why I love him so much!
