Do you have a specific area where villagers plot their houses every time?

I've been resetting for a new villager since I'm currently at 8 and each time a different one is always putting their house on front of mine! Does anyone else have this problem?

Mine always move in front of the town hall! I have like 4 villagers there! try to lay out decent paths with that! The other cluster is in front of my house I had to put a streetlight there as soon as one moved out.

In my town,the villagers plot in the area below the river near the beach or the area between my mule's house in the top right corner and the PWP marker.....and pretty much nowhere else.I don't think I've ever spent more than 30 minutes plot resetting because of this......and that's ok with me.

UGH YOU'RE SO LUCKY mine are all around my house because i give up plot resisting haha

Back when I was resetting to try and get Marshal in my town, the smug'd always settle at the final bend in the river before my south-facing waterfall. Hazel also placed herself there in the end.

Mine love to destroy as many bushes and flowers as they can. Their favorite spot is in front of my mayor's house where I have a path lined with blue roses and bushes. They usually plot there a few times and then go to a better spot and then back again. Makes plot resetting SO fun (sarcasm intended).

Yes, the bottom right side, where there's 3 villager houses, whenever there's an open spot, that's exactly where they go. Many times the first try when plot resetting.

Alot of the villagers plotted their house near my sisters house.
It was getting really annoying because she wanted to decorate and put bushes but they would just put their house on top of all of the trees and bushes.

Where Bonbon used to live, at the bottom left corner of Maryann's house, where I wanted to put the Tower pwp, the bottom right of the town hall and to the right of where Pekoe lives.
