I don't really like Putin as he is an authoritarian leader, but at least Russia is stable. A lot of countries in the Middle East are very unstable and I think they need a strong-armed leader like Putin to keep things under control. I believe that if Putin wants to get involved in the Middle East, the West should just let him do whatever the hell he wants there because he is the lesser of two evils compared to all the terrorist groups there.
