Do you guys think Town Ordinances should come back?

I would like the one that stops weeds from growing to come back, although I don't need anymore flowers I have way too many lol

The early bird and night owl ordinances would be useful.

I'm a night owl and would love shops staying open later. A lot of ACNL wanted 2 ordinance so they could keep their flowers and have a late or early bird town. I'm not able to change the clock on my switch.
With night owl I would like the bug off/fish off time to be changed. Start and finish later would be nice.
