Do you guys think there will be more content added other than events or is this absolutely everything?

There will likely be some added content in free updates and some content that's paid DLC. Nintendo isn't going to turn down an opportunity to make money.

I just want bushes and will be upset if there will be none. Bushes are love, bushes are life. I want to cover my entire island with hydrangea bushes and I hope that the wallpaper with them is an indication that they might make it into the game.
