i go on there occasionally and it?s always empty. occasionally there will be a person. recently there was an island that was hacked and you could buy 99,000 bells for free. idk if i really like it anymore.

I can honestly say i’ve never used club torturer. All I ever heard were horror stories at first and also multiplayer just isn’t my jam when it comes to ACNL so I never ended up going. I kinda forgot it even existed honestly

That's how I met people years ago, before I joined any site at all. Here, twitter, ect... That's where most of my friend list people were from, but mist if not all have gone inactive. Now I use it for occasionally talk to people, sometimes get items.

I used Club Tortimer a very long time ago the last time (pretty much at the beginning when NL came out),
was never really my thing to be honest. It's like that one feature of the game I used only a few times and
never cared about it anymore.

I've never really used Club Tortimer. I went island hopping once to find the sanshin, but I never interacted with anybody. I just checked the shop and moved on. I'm not much of a multiplayer and I'm wary and awkward around strangers, so I never bother with it.

I used it quite a few times, but mostly to island hop and look for items, like the hibiscus hairpin and other things that were only on Club Tortimer. I think if I remember correctly, I only interacted once. Also heard lots of horror stories, so I don't use it anymore, but that's because I stopped playing New Leaf a few months ago. Still trying to get back into it though and if I do, I may island hop again.

The last time I went there maybe just over a month ago, I met someone who wasn't talkative at all but was willing to play a lot of tours with me, which was awesome since I was trying to work towards my gold medalist badge. He was polite and good to play with but it felt almost business like since he only talked when he had to. No "yayyy we did it!" Etc. I've never truly met any awful people on it and I'd probably use it again if I'm in the mood to work towards my badge one day.

I started going back to Club Tortimer again earlier this year. Had a lot of very different experiences so far. Typically my time there can be fun, boring, or scary depending on who I find. The fun experiences are why I keep going, honestly.

Yes I do. While I hear some negative stories that are related to hackers, I don't encounter them much, dunno why. I like island hopping. Though, I feel like people were more friendly/sociable years ago.
