I sure as hell do, omfg

i just sent a long message on how much i love pietro, im so pathetic
and in cf, when nate wanted to move, holy **** i was crying for DAYS
and when blair moved in ww, ... i cried for about a week.

i think i need to take a safe break

..

YESSS! Especially over Bluebear. I love her so much, I took like 3 hours making a sweater for her using the pro design thingy. Then when I saw her wearing it the next day I was so happy I almost cried lol. I was having a crappy day at the time so it really made my day.
God I love Bluebear with a burning passion

Yes , especially to my friends who think I'm a nerd .

they keep saying that its just like Sims and I'm over here pissed off xD

I really do, it's the kind of game you can totally get yourself into c: Like I got my first dreamie the other day and was unbelievably excited, probably the most I had been all week lol. And I always try my hardest to not let my villagers down and do whatever tasks they ask me to, it sucks seeing them get sad or angry with me.

I get emotional over the WW soundtrack too, it brings back so many memories!

I send my villagers letters saying I love them but other than that no. :O I'll probably get bummed if a dreamie moves away (or maybe even cry idk yet).

Yeah, usually during New Year's. Well, I kind of get emotional in general on New Year's because I get full of nostalgia and what-not.

Definitely! I'm not the kind of player who's invested in keeping villagers around forever and ever through vigilance; I know someday my friends will move, but the pictures and letters I save will be forever. [:

When I was in sixth grade and started up my first town on the Gamecube, I didn't like Tutu the polar bear much. Eventually she became my favorite. There was nothing I liked more than playing Animal Crossing every day. Middle school seemed so vicious; everyone in the game was nice. (well, except for Snooty.) I don't know if I can really call it friendship or not. But AC gave me something close to friendship and a community as I could have asked for. I'm twenty-two now. When someone let me invite her to move into my New Leaf town, ten years after she moved away from my first town, it meant a lot to me. I count myself really lucky I got to live during a time Animal Crossing is around.

...I cried when Blanche moved out,but thats it.My head just flushed when Whitney moved but I got her back

Yes, I get attached to my villagers really easily. I was busy and neglected the game for a while; when I can back I had a letter from Cranston- he had moved away :( I know he isn't popular but I really liked having him in my town. He was always sitting somewhere- stumps, benches etc. I'm still trying to get a lazy to replace him.

Yes, I do ... This is an interactive game so emotion is invested in the little characters and daily activities ... Plus, the game is really well written which adds to the interchanges ... Lots of humour, dreaminess, romance, silliness!
I find that playing ACNL is therapeutic for me when I am going through bad times, like just recently. :(
I know it's just a game, and it's not real (... It's not, right!?) lol ... But it's a pleasant distraction and emotionally soothing ... So, yeah! I do get emotionally involved!

I cried when Carmen moved out, I guess some people develop emotional attachment to AI more easily than others.

Not really anymore, to be honest. I can't think of a time when I got emotional over it, and that's even counting the time one of my dreamies moved out unexpectedly. I literally calmly gave her to my friend and that was the end of it lol.

I have strong feelings about ACNL, but I've never cried or anything. Nothing bad has ever really happened to me in ACNL though so I don't know I guess. I've been really touched by some of the random letters my guys send though. Once I was stressed and worrying irl about something, and I loaded up my game and Octavian had sent me a letter saying I should tell him if I'm worrying about anything and that it's good to talk things out :-)

While I wouldn't be happy if I lost a favorite villager, I don't get real emotional over it. I would just see it as a new opportunity for someone else to move in. I like a lot of different villagers.
