I go through periods of time when i work out a lot and enjoy it, but usually i just don't do it, I like it though, i'm just pretty scared of gyms / doing things outside
I like doing sports such as basketball and floor hockey, but I'm not really a fan of exercises that focus on mainly one part of your body such as lifting weights or jogging.
I really hate it ; v ; I've had a higher metabolism so I haven't needed to in the past. however, as I get older I realize I should do it for my health...
My gym has some fun classes that I enjoy taking part in. Other times if I just go to use the euipment I tend to just end up daydreaming about my creative projects. It's nice to have some uninterrupted and distraction-free thinking time.
i voted no because at the moment i'm not doing any kind of physical activity that i enjoy, but i do love some sports, i'm just not doing any. and working out w/o playing sports or something like that is really not my thing, i dislike going out running just for the sake of it and stuff like that a lot... tbh i should start exercising but i can't be bothered so Nah
