Do you enjoy pumpkin carving?

Where I live it is not that common to carve pumpkins but I really love the concept of it! I did it only a handful of times.

Do you enjoy carve pumpkins? I would also love to see your creations!

i've only done it once in recent memory and it was for a tbt event

it started out wholesome but by the end i was covered in cuts and crying i'd say it was worth it but also my pumpkin was rly ugly

I do! Especially getting my daughter to do it with me.. however .. the itchiness I get from scooping out the insides of the pumpkin is really unmatched I’m not allergic but it makes my skin crawl all part of the fun I guess

I enjoyed it when I was really young but it's probably because of me growing up and getting older and not really liking Halloween anymore but I don't really like it now.

i try to carve at least one every year but there are years where i’ve skipped carving. i like to toast the pumpkin seeds i scoop out and season them for a nice snack! i noticed the pumpkins i carve get smaller and smaller each time though i don’t think i have the stamina to carve super big pumpkins like i used to!

I think maybe? I've carved a pumpkin before? but I don't really care for it. I prefer to just buy pumpkins and leave them as-is or even paint them.

Yes! I try to carve one every year. One year I carved like 4, they were more simple than my usual ones though.

I enjoy it if its just a basic jack-o-lantern type face lmao. I tried to do a really fancy carving once but it was way trickier than I thought it would be and it didnt turn out very well

Yeah, one time my dad tried doing one of those really detailed designs of some musician or something but was way harder than it seemed lol.

I haven’t carved a pumpkin since like elementary school, so it’s hard to say. Painting them is really fun though and certainly easier!

When I was a kid I enjoyed doing it a few times! And eating the seeds yum yum.

I live in Japan now and there aren't really good pumpkins for carving for here (they're very small and green so don't have the look I'm used to). Last time I was in the US for fall I felt nostalgic and carved this guy using a stencil from online!

I really honestly used to love carving pumpkins, but now I prefer to paint them. I’m actually hosting a pumpkin painting and wine class in a few weeks!!! Super excited for that as I plan to make mine a sugar skull pumpkin!
