I tend to get one once a week. At one point I'm ashamed to say I was basically living off them. Due to how active I was at the time and working two jobs I could eat whatever I wanted and stay slim. Although I'm sure my health was suffering in other ways.
Now I'm not as active I have to limit myself to one first and chips a week or something
I eat a lot of take out. Most of the time I don't get off work until late and I'm too tired to do dishes or cook when I get home. Thankfully I work in a restaurant with decently healthy food and it's cheaper than a fast food meal with my employee discount.
