Do you do a completion ceremony for every PWP you complete?

lol it's funny this thread caught my eye cause I was just wondering if there was anything you lose out on for skipping the ceremonies, but I'm glad to find out people are just as annoyed withem as I am.

I only celebrate the big pwps like the windmill, lighthouse and other big buildings (cafe and museum)

Sometimes I'll attend the ceremony after I've landscaped around the PWP a bit to make it nice. Most of the time I just decline it. However, I almost always attend those really pricey ones like the Stonehenge because RIP my bells.

WAIT you can skip them? I always thought if you declined Isabelle when she asked she would guilt you into it since she already set up the ceremony. I never tried it because I like to see who attends but wow after so many years of playing I never knew this??? unless it came with the amiibo update

I go to every ceremony because villagers can ping right after it's done. I've got PWP request or move out pings after it was done.

Eh depends. I usually go but if I'm feeling lazy I'll skip them.

i always do them and choose to say, "on to the next project" in hopes that it will encourage my villagers to request more PWPs. Don't think it actually works though

I used to because I would feel bad if I didn't, but now I skip them sometimes. The first time I declined I felt like I let Isabelle down. Lol.

I've always done the ceremony, don't put many PWP in, so its still a novelty.
If I do very early, then its just me & Isabelle.

Found something out about using an Isabelle figurine amiibo - I forgot about the fountain ceremony I was due & used Isabelle's amiibo - hence no ceremony as I had Wisp instead.
BUT - the next day, when Isabelle was back - I got the ceremony - pleased me, but from reading this thread perhaps not all players.

On a similar note, but where the character still appears: having Ressetti in the RV does not stop him appearing if you reset.
If you have Pascal in the RV, he can still ask you for a scallop while diving. They must snuck out.

I used to do them all the time when I first got the game. But typical nowadays I skip them. I've scene the dialogue and cutscene countless time that its just boring and tedious for me now.
