I put charms on things if they have a place to attach them. That's literally just my 3DS now though since apparently this isn't a thing anymore for anything else.
Stickers? Eh...
I was debating getting a custom vinyl skin for my 3DS since I think it would be neat to have something I designed decorating it, plus I hear they don't leave residue when removed.
Actual stickers though, ****ing no. They are the devils work. Even if they don't rip or leave residue when you take them off, they tend to just get all tacky and disgusting anyway after not too long.
I put stickers on my PS1 as a kid and I wish I could go back in time and punch my younger self in the face and call me a dip****, because I totally ruined that PS1 with stickers.
I make exceptions for certain things though. There's a small red sticker on the back of my Gamecube controller, PS3 controller and my 3DS charger simply so I don't get them mixed up with my friends chargers and controllers when I take them to their place. That's not really decorating though, that's just making it easier to work out what is mine.
I don't add stickers or stuff like that to my electronics because I feel like it ruins them. And then you get all that sticky stuff on the back when you try and peel them off and it's just ugh. I like to change cases though, it makes it feel new again.
Naaaah. I used to have stickers on both DS Lites I had, but both of them broke. And I don't want to get ones for my Wii U Gamepad or 3DS, only for them to completely fade like the ones on my second DS Lite did.
I don't decorate my electronics. Most of the decorations you can buy where I live are pretty basic and boring, and I don't generally like shopping online for unique decorations (because I'm impatient when it comes to shipping xD), so my laptop, phone, and 3DS are all plain.
i do decorate my iPad with a case and use stickers to decorate my 3DS, though I dropped it too much that nearly all the paint is scratched or chipped off... I'm planning to decorate my laptop and phone when I do get one.
I used to throw skins on my consoles when I was younger. It seemed cool at the time, but once the stickers start peeling off on you it gets annoying. This was one skin I remember using on my Gamecube:
My phone has a Hogwarts case, and the background is Sherlock. My computers are always covered in stickers. I can't stand plain technology XD I need to express my obsessions!

My sony laptop by default is pink. My macbook air has pink case/keyboard and I decorated it with stickers.
My iphone has a deco den case. My printer is blinged out in gemstones. 3DS has inner sticker decal skin.
ipad, ipod, and desk PC have been decorated too. My PC case is pink by default, and the screen has gemstones.
My 3DS has a wooden textured/printed skin on it and I have gudetama keychains on it but no other stickers, with my phone I used to put stickers on the back (which is actual wood) usually like some realistic bug stickers or something, I had a moon at one time, then a wood moth, then some other bug, but with use they would wear off and I would replace them afterwards. On my desktop I have a googly eyed owl sticker that my sister gave me in one corner of the screen and an alien in the other corner that I got off a package from somewhere... I do really like stickers and stuff but I mostly hoard them or use them on letters...
