Ugh, I should have added an option like "No, and that's okay". I thought I'd forgotten something.

I think i'm considered weird because i'm really awkward when it comes to talking to people and i stay inside a lot ;__;

I think the definition of the word "weird" varies from person to person. Yes, there is the dictionary definition but some people take it differently. In my opinion, it depends on surroundings. What might be weird in one place could be entirely normal in another.

But for me I think of myself as different. Compared to my friends, I'm totally different. Compared to the people I go to school with, I am different. That probably sounds super pretentious. I'm not sure if any of this makes sense because I suck at putting my thoughts into words, but yeah.

Is staying a lot inside a lot considered weird? I don't really consider it too be weird as during the summer or winter months when the weather is all funky it makes sense to be inside!

I...don't actually know. I thought I was one of the weirdest (of my friends) but apparently they consider me the most normal. Maybe I just don't show it...

The problem is-

everyone thinks they're weird, because they exhibit personality traits that are different, or have hobbies that are different from the people around them.

But you're not weird. There's some other loser out there in the world into the exact same garbage with the exact same attitude. It's natural to want to be a special snowflake, but hell, I know there are plenty of people that would sit and watch Clint Eastwood movies with me all day and talk about old guns until we pass out.

You're not weird. You just haven't found your people.

Yes. And I'm fine with it. :)

Everyone is somewhat weird in a way, there's nothing wrong with that. It makes things more interesting. There's no real way to define "normal", just as it is with "weird". Personally, I'd rather be myself and be "weird" than act differently to try to fit into "normal"

I think I'm weird. Everyone thinks I'm weird. But I like being weird!! :D

Well I barley talk to anyone at my school, I'm a huge anime nerd, and I stay in the house a lot.
So...Yes, I'm weird.

This isn't normal?
I'm pretty weird too, especially around people at school ^.^
Being weird isn't exactly bad thing, no one is really 'normal' anyway :p

Depend what you mean by weird and the person who is saying it, in my friend group we are considered weird but we don't mind. We like it like that. But we think that the really popular people are weird because we just don't share the same interests and we don't act in similar ways, I'm sure that they think us really weird too for the way we act and I think that's ok. Our friend are our friends for a reason.

Yeah, I'm weird and eclectic but that's ok. I've been called weird all my life, and never really quite fit into one group. I've grown to accept it though, and embrace it for what it is. It's alright to be weird :)
