Do you care for the grass's shape?

There's way too many variables when starting up an ACNL town for me to worry about the grass shape. "Oh, I have perfect villagers, my desired fruit, a wonderful beach/river/Re-Tail placement, but DAMMIT I HAVE CIRCLE GRASS RESET!!!"

I probably like triangle grass the best, but really they're all good to me.

Exactly! I could never reset for such a small detail, honestly ^^

I once had someone a long time ago (2013) visit my town and they messaged me in game and said - ew, square grass.

They looked at my grass and were so grossed out by the shapes in my grass!

Interestingly enough I don't think I have any towns that have square grass anymore lol phew, I'm safe from grass wrath

I have square grass and it's so cute! It's original, I guess, the triangle is too obvious (it's even the background here on the forums!) and circle is just there, tbh. I don't care for grass at all, but if I did somehow, I think I'd choose the square grass.

Grass isn't too big of a deal for me, either one is fine, but if I had to pick one I liked more it would probably be circle grass only because during the winter it has the star pattern and I like that.

I prefer circle on the basis that all of my towns have had it. It's more that the other grass doesn't feel right, as I'm so used to circle than I prefer it.
Although I do love that it turns to stars in the winter!

I only noticed when I recently got another copt of the game and the grass was in circles, which was pretty neat. But it doesn't change anything, I'd rather have better grass restoring than different patterns.

Definitely feel like I'm in the minority in this thread lol, I feel the grass shape is important when settling for a town as I see the shape everyday when I'm walking around. I like the circles the most and don't like the other two as they just don't look good in my eyes. I feel like they're just as important as fruit or river shape for me when reseting for a town.

Circle grass is my favorite, square is okay, but I have never liked triangle grass....it just seems too busy to me.

I don't like triangles too.
They make the grass feel kinda sharp ? .

I kinda agree with you somehow.
Native fruit is my #1 most important piece in any village.
Gladly mine came out perfectly. The grass is circles. Native fruit is apples. Red train station and great layout.
