Do you build 4th level tiers?

Oh yes. I have a few, it's mostly for something the simple panels can be behind. A few of my castles have two head cut out designs, and I use the fourth layer to put something behind it. I

I’ve never bothered. I didn’t see the point in them considering you can’t put anything on top of them.

Any chance you could share a screenshot? I am having a hard time visualizing what you mean... but I really want to see it! I never thought about using them as part of a castle. I'm intrigued!

I added a tiny cliff thats on the 4th level. I did it because I wanted to show off the feature but it looks so bare..

I honestly forgot you can have a forth level, but there never seemed to be any reason to have it - what were they thinking - I've never tried making a forth tier, and now knowing things can spawn there, I rather not.
